Demonstrates tests for: posture analysis, one leg standing, squat strength/coordination, hip extension, hip abduction, trunk flexion, dynamic trunk flexor, and static back extensor endurance. v. 2. Cervico-thoracic spine: making a rehabilitation prescription: Teaches how to identify key functional pathologies and how to manage them through advice, manipulation and exercise. Learn how to arrive at a rehabilitation prescription based on a comprehensive clinical evaluation including these tests: posture analysis, shoulder abduction, neck flexion, push-up, and respiration. v. 3. Postisometric relaxation techniques: lower back and lower extremities Master Post-Isometric Relaxation techniques (PIR) .... Learn how to perform PIR on several key muscles, and learn other manual resistance techniques. Learn muscle length tests for each muscle.
